We missed out on one we really wanted but then, something will turn up, we are also open to offers, just a matter of time, hope that for you the sooner the better!!

We also have a 3 acre field down the road on 25 year lease....new fencing, £100 rent a year and over double that back in SFP....can sort out lease for new owners I'm sure!
