Oh believe me. Joyce's litter's been snuggled far more than any of the others  :pig: :pig: :pig: :pig:   ;)
I usually try & get the girls farrowing in pairs, so they can keep each other company in adjacent pens, but don't know what's going on with Tulip - she looks less in-pig now than when I brought her in 3 weeks ago

Well, just for a quick update on Tulip ...
Think it must have been a phantom pregnancy -  ::)  or maybe she'd been over-foraging  ???   Anyways, she's back in with one of the boys now  :fc: , with a threat of sausages  hanging over her this summer  :innocent:

Hi Karen
I just love this time of year - going out to the "maternity wing" of an evening - the soft glow of heat lamps & low grunting of contented mums, only interrupted by the occassional wee squeek & suckling sounds of piglets ... bliss
