Big thank you all round.  The sow calmed down quite a lot today but since we hadn't been able to get near her to milk her off she's almost dried up.  However it turns out I think the piglets stand a far better chance with the Berkshire litter than with a dish of milk here.

I sprayed all the piglets with water with a bit of washing up liquid in so they all smell the same. She's obviously not bothered that she has 8 black ones and 2 pink with spots.
Everyone makes mistakes as the Dalek said climbing off the dustbin.

Just an update on the GOS foster piglets. Sadly 1 found dead last Saturday, nothing obvious but the temperature had changed over night from -6 to 6 so might have had something to do with it.
The gilt is doing great and already slightly bigger than her litter mates. Hopefull all will be well now  :fc: .
