well, I found out today that I didn't get shortlisted for a job with the forestry commission. Which was a bit of a choker as it was just down the road and I reckon I'd have made a great applicant. 
 
Ah well, I didn't want to work for the man anyways. 

It's nice to be asked though  Something better will be just round the corner.

Just got an email back from the site manager, turns out there's a bottleneck at HQ and we won't know till friday now. Ah well, couple more days of wondering and worrying.
Does make me kinda wish I hadn't taken out that "contract" now, still you live you learn...
