Does anyone know of an elderly dog in South Devon needing a good, loving home? Doesn't matter which breed or sex. I usually have dogs and no homes(so, of course they stay ) but this time this is for an elderly, disabled lady who lost her beloved companion a few months ago.
She has a large garden and an even larger heart, exercise no problem as my friend, a dog walker, will take it out every day for as long as it needs.
I will happily pick a dog up.

Sylvia, this is a wonderful website that lists dogs in need of a forever home all over the country.  Thanks to Shep posting this link for me last week I am now in the process of adopting an 'overlooked oldie'.  I'm pretty sure there were some dogs listed for down your way.  Good luck

If nothing othe oldies website, there is the dogs trust. They are always short of homesvfor oldies
