Ok, so far it's
An onion
Stick Of celery
Some ParSnips
Some potatoes
Some vegetable stock

Was thinking either

A ) ground coriander, cumin and turmeric

Or

B) nutmeg and mace

Am favouring b at the moment, any opinions?
