Hello !
« on: July 15, 2012, 09:11:10 pm »
Hi, I'm Jaki and I'm from Fife.   I keep Lleyn and Lleyn cross ewes.  I have built up my flock over the years by keeping my own replacement ewe lambs.  I used to have Shorthorn cattle.  I rent some land which is very wet with large patches of rushes and not suitable for ploughing but I'm trying to improve some of the pastures.  At the moment, I'm waiting for good weather so I can clip my sheep and cut some silage  :)   Looking forward to reading other people's experiences and maybe be of help sometimes.

Hello and welcome from central Scotland (near Falkirk to be exact). Hope you don't have to wait to long for it to dry up!
