http://www.accidentalsmallholder.net/forum/Smileys/default/wave2.gif  Hi everyone. Just heard about this site from The Lint Mill and had a look around.Very interesting and lots of useful information. Now to tell you a bit about ourselves. My husband. Jack. has gundogs -Labradors and cocker spaniels which he trains and goes picking up on shoots in the local area here in North Yorkshire. -www.cuckavalda-gundogs.co.uk.http://www.accidentalsmallholder.net/forum/Smileys/default/dog.gif   I ,Anna, run a bed and breakfast business -www.carrhousefarm.co.uk . We are both involved with the family farm close by.We try to  be self sufficient in producing as much homemade and home produced food as we can.We have stream which runs through 6 acres of woodland at the back of the house and would like to covert to making power. We had beehives when I was young and looking into introducing them back . Love to go fishing to the coast when we have any spare time.

Hello CarrHouseFarm, welcome to a great forum, from durham.

It's always great to have another opinion for dog debates  ( tho they can get rather heated at times  :D )

Hi from another North Yorkie, between Stokesley & Northallerton, we have a black lab who goes shooting/picking up with my OH at Chop Gate.
You'll find loads of interesting info and debates on here.

Hi and welcome, from Lancashire!

I have working gundogs but more of the pointing variety. I do have a couple of spaniels as well though.
