Runner ducklings and turkeys
« on: June 18, 2012, 10:03:34 am »
We had 2 runner ducks sitting in a broody box.  They hatched but weren't looking after the ducklings very well so decided to bring them in.  Too much danger for unprotected ducklings!  They were very cold when we first got to them but perked up yesterday and are doing really well.  Really pleased to see some fawn and whites as well.

We also have a turkey and a chicken looking after 2 turkey chicks lol.  I think they are doing a better job together, than if it was just the turkey.
