Silly Spangled Appenzellers, Dutch bantams, Lavender Araucanas, a turkey called Alistair, Muscovy ducks and Jimmy the Fell pony. No pig left in the freezer, we ate him all!

I've never had a ram which has made the grade enough that I'd want to register it. You do, however have until the autumn in which they are born to register them with the Wilts Horn breed soc - Id wait to see how they go on before I paid the fee to register them.

I don't register until the very last minute so they've got plenty of time to show me what they're like. It's just that we've castrated all the other ram lambs and I had to stop my dad from doing these boys too. They are strong boys so was just interested to see how they grow. If they aren't good enough to register we'll eat 'em  ;)
