wanted.....2 female ducks

 :&> could be doing with a couple of ladies to keep our boys out of mischief. ideal would be a campbell and a runner, but any breed/crossbreed will be great!

anyone got any girls to spare me?

Got plenty fertile eggs if you want them?  Cross Swedish Blue/Khaki Campbells

i suppose i could hatch a couple of our own.....but i don't really want the 'bother' of ending up with more boys.

At least more drakes isn't quite the same problem as more cockerels (noise level a lot less  ;)) and easier to sell on/give away than those too.  I was lucky and hatched four out of five of which three were girls, and the boy had splayed leg and died overnight.

you have given me an idea!

my local animal feed place offers an incubation service.....i could offer them a batch of fertile eggs to hatch, take a couple of the females and they could sell the rest. might speak to them about that during the week.
