Anyone have a good recipe for a stilton and walnut tart?

No but you Can make a great salad with a dressing of . Redwine vinegar, zest and some of the juice of an orange,olive oil honey and salt and pep. Chunks of apple in with the leaves and make sure you have pan fried or roasted the nuts to intensify the flavour.

It is actually better with goats blue cheese such as Roquefort.

Have you any gizzards from ducks ? Walnut and gizzard salad is good too.

The dressing sounds nice but not sure I could manage the duck gizzards  ;D
