first lambs looking healthy

first two lambs of the season arrived last night, nice big healthy lambs. Was waiting for the fog to clear but have put them in the field anyway ;) :sheep: :farmer:

Well done shrekfeet, I'm pleased they are doing well.
You're brave putting them out so early.
Our lambs are really dozy for the first 24 hours or so and therefore I keep them and tucked up safe in the barn to give them (and 'mum') chance to charge up their batteries for the big wide world.
Good luck with the rest of lambing.

I was at home all day so put them out to have a skip around and for mum to get sme exercise. I often think they are better in the fresh air. Brought them in last night as it was very misty and cold but they are out again this morning, chasing each other about and will stay out now all being well
