« on: February 28, 2012, 05:50:58 pm »
when i lived in central spain for a while, every friday my mate Pino would come back with what he called "suckling" goat. he always had the ribs which he would cook in a stew with onions and mocilla. is this something i could get in this country?

It would be 3-5 mth old kid - still suckling milk.  We send ours off at about 5 mths - and sell it as "Capretto" (Cabrito in Spanish) - young kid goat
