Ford Mill Sausages are hand made here from Pedigree Gloucestershire Old Spots pork. Born and raised here at Ford Mill Farm and made from only the best of the pork - no nasty bits in our sausages!
We don't use commercial seasonings, we much prefer to blend our own from only the very best ingredients - no artificial colours or flavours.
We use natural hog casings and all flavours are at least 90% pork.
Flavours available: Traditional - Apple and Scrumpy - Leek and White Wine - Apricot - Garlic and Herb - Chilli - Onion and Sage.
Any of these flavours can be made for you gluten free too if required.
A sausage box contains at least 5kg of sausages (10+ packets of 6) - ready to eat or freeze.
