In lamb Ewes wanted in and around Somerset

Looking for 3 possibly 4 ewes ideally Suffolk or Ryeland in lamb. Looking around Somerset Devon Bristol areas thanks!

Try the Saturday market at Sedgemoor livestock centre. The saturday one is for breeding stock and there is always something nice there.

I agree with woollyval, sedgemoor is a good place to look. Not sure they will have the exact breeds you are looking for, but they do an excellent breakfast and have lots of stalls there on a saturday so worth a visit even if they don't have the sheep you want!

I have a couple of Southdown cross Suffolk ewes which may be in lamb (not scanned but would be due end Feb) and would sell.  Only kept them last year because they looked so cute and no buyers for the freezer.

I am in Wiltshire and the two ewes are 10 months old.  I wouldn't have normally put them with ram at that age but they were a good size. I can email you pics if interested as not worked out how to load pics on here.  PM me if you want a pic and I will take one over next day or so.  They look like Southdowns but slightly brown fleece courtesy of their Suffolk X mother.
