Frozen yoghurt
« on: September 12, 2011, 01:02:21 am »
I'm usually quite lucky with my goats milk yoghurt but the last lot was just a bit too runny for us. I did consider adding some gelatine and whisked egg whites and strawberries to make a mousse sort of thing, but settled for a bit of sugar, a bag of frozen strawberries and shoved the whole thing in the freezer. I am now officially in heaven, I may never eat normal yoghurt again. I have a huge tub of frozen yoghurt that is so creamy it could be made from pure cream and I'm NOT sharing (have to hope the OH doesn't read this thread, he hasn't spotted it in the freezer yet!)
