Infectious Coryza

Went down to feed the hens yesterday and my three Jersey Giants had really bad rales,I segregated them immediately into the chicken hospital and this morning,I have never seen anything like it,their poor heads are like balloons,I had already started them on Tylan yesterday as a pre-emptive strike which I always keep in stock.I just cannot understand why only these three have got it,no other hens are showing any signs whatsoever of it-which is a godsend-but where on earth did they get this from?

I have not had this before in any of my flocks, common colds in winter but nothing like this,Is there anything else I can do to help them as they are very miserable-they have all stayed in their coop today-not wishing to come out.
