N.E. Scotland, Longhorn or galloway
« on: August 10, 2011, 04:05:42 pm »
Looking for either longhorn or galloway cattle. Sex and age not too important, just looking to try and put together a wee herd to keep the freezer ticking over. Based in the N.E but I'm willing to travel to the borders.
It's always worse for someone else, so get your moaning done before they start using up all the available symathy!

It might be worth a call to Wark Farm. They are near Aboyne, Aberdeenshire and sell organic rare breed meat. Their cattle are Belted Galloway so they may have something for sale or if not, know of someone locally who does. Their diary entry this month on the home page is all about the Belties.
