Fife diet  are offering these free workshops this year in Burntisland, Fife.

* 21st of August 10am – 3pm Gardening with Nature.  An introduction to organic gardening, gardening for wildlife and wildflowers.

* 11th September 10-4pm Build a Worm Box.  Come and build yourself a worm box to use at home to make incredible compost for your garden and stop unwanted food heading for the landfill.

* 16th October 10-3pm Home Herbal Preparations. We will be learning how to make home remedies using common herbs from the garden and everyday ingredients.

* 13th of November 10-4pm Forest Gardening. In an introduction to the fascinating world of forest gardening we will learn about the theory behind this both new and ancient method of growing food by imitating the patterns of nature.
