I'm sure this is not a new topic, but I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice about applying for SPS. We have two hectares of pasture land, and are planning to plant about half a hectare with a variety of vegetables. We have 3 goats, some ducks and hens, as well as 3 ponies. We are a registered smallholding but are very new to this and so far, we have not applied for SPS. Do we need to be registered for AT to apply for SPS. I know we can do this online, but does anyone know how straightforward it is? we are grateful for all advice.

Does your land carry entitlements for SPS ? if not then you will not be able to claim.

Its quite straightforward really, and the helpline is quite good.

Thanks
