I've just had word of a new poultry rare and minority breeds sale at Thainstone Mart, on Saturday 19th March 2011.

They will be selling Rare and Minority Poultry, Waterfowl, Hatching Eggs, and Poultry Equipment, and this is an addition sale to their bi-annual Rare Breed days (7th May, and 27th Aug). Closing date 28th Feb.

Must be catching on, this poultry lark. I was at Forfar Mart today and enquired of the manager why they didn't have poutry sales - he said they woudl be starting to have them in March, hopefully.
