Can I come and visit some goat keepers please?
« on: February 20, 2011, 10:43:02 pm »
Some of you know that we are planning to have a couple of milking goats this year and, as I don't have any experience as yet, I'm hoping that a couple of AS members would be kind enough to let me come and visit and bleed them dry of information!

I'm in fife, so anything that's travelable would be fab.

many thanks in advance

Hi, we are near St Boswells in the Brders, about an hour south of Edinburgh, if you are down our way you are welcome to come and visit. We have three adult goats due to kid in March/April, plus two of last year's kids.

Regards, Anke.

Feel free to come over and see ours, we are in Falkirk area (nearest village Avonbridge). 9 in kid (maybe) 1 milker running through, 3 of last year's kids, and 2 males also born last year.
