Hello and welcome from east Aberdeenshire - our move was only from Perthshire, 3 years ago with 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 birds of prey, a cockerel and his lady friend but I've added goats, ducks and sheep - we're on a very small 5 acres, you must have big plans for your 40 - good luck - I've found this a great place for friendly advice and met some great people (some in real life too!!!!)
