Lambing cameras

Pretty sure this is going to be impossible but I'd like a lambing camera however I don't not have access to mains electric or wifi.

Is there anything I could use? Don't think a baby monitor will work as I'm a few miles away.

Is it too far to run a cable for a simple cabled CCTV system?

I remember reading that someone else had repurposed an old smart phone and set it up to auto-answer skype calls and could then see what that showed.

You can get cameras that operate using 4G but these would need electricity.

If you have data coverage you could pair a 'cleverdog' or any other remote camera to a mobile phone and view it from an app on your home computer.

You can get 200mb of data on a three sim free here to see if it works - https://www.three.co.uk/Free_SIM_MBB/Order
