I've had no luck selling lambs on Facebook - all mine have sold through adverts on Preloved.

If you mean the sites specifically for farming then why not.   Bit of a waste of time if its a normal selling page.  Always worth a go.

Yes - I've sold via FB several times without any problems. The key thing is targeting your ad so it's visible to the right audience (is there a South West smallholders group page for instance?).

If somebody is not collecting immediately, I always insist on a deposit these days. I've found that serious buyers don't mind, and if they're not serious, you don't want the hassle of trying to sell to them anyway!

I would recommend selling on FB smallholders groups/farming groups. I have and it has worked like a treat :)
