So me and the OH moved house a few weeks ago and we finally have a decent sized garden rather than just a balcony! In pots already we have tomatoes, strawberries, chillies, blackcurrents, blackberries and redcurrents as well as various herbs. 

Now the question is, is it too late to direct sow any veg? If so any suggestions? We haven't got a green house yet (hell we only put curtains up yesterday!) so nothing needing too much care. Although we have prepared a small plot and have well rotted horse manue ready to go.
