We have the Pig in a Day DVD by Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall - it's about how to butcher a pig, no doubt you get all this info on Youtube now anyway, but anyone want it get in touch - I don't want anything for it, just would like whoever wants it to use it or pass it on.  We realise we are never going to butcher a pig.
