I've never been a tea of coffee dirnker - I think it's quite amusing watching coffee addicts before they've had their morning booster.

I shouldn't mock the afflicted though eh!

what's it like to be a drug addict? (albeit a legal one!)

Not sure why but I have to have 2-3 cups of tea first thing, then a coffee and thats about it until tea time...dare not have coffee past 8.00 othewise my head spins with thoughts and if I have tea I have to get up for a wee in the night, but I dooooooo love nice coffee, the one I just made myself was horrid!!! Some years ago I went for a weekend health farm break and everything was low calorie or caffine free and boy did I have a bad head!!!

I drink caffeine-free tea because I've always had problems sleeping. I love coffee, but I don't drink it at home, only as a 'treat' every now and then, because I get palpitations  :P
