Hi to everyone ,
I have a coupe of blocks of woodland in county Durham nr Hamsterley mill ,
Iam thinking of getting a few pigs , just started reading on the subject , but really looking for advice on the actual sale of the pigs ? Does an abattoir buy the carcass or do I have to find a butcher who will buy it ??
What's the simplest root for sale ??
Don't want to go into selling and processing myself ,
Any advice welcome , intrested if anyone local is raising pigs and open to a vist
