Get Tim Tyne's book, his lambing system works really well for smaller set-ups, also if your local agri college runs a lambing course, get yourself on it.

I always dose for worms and fluke (separately with a day in-between), check and if necessary trim the ewes' feet, and now that some of my flock (of Shetlands) get on a bit I check teeth and sort into separate fields with the girls with broken mouths getting a bit of concentrate to help them along. I also usually dag their back ends.

I'm not sure how you'd do it differently on a small scale, but on our farm the lambs need to be scratched against orf (with Scabivax) and vaccinated against clostridial diseases such as Pasteurella pneumonia, with Heptavac P or Ovivac P. They may also be dosed against/for coccidiosis.
The ewes are wormed within 2 months of lambing, their feet are treated if need be etc.
This is a bit further down the line, but around a month before the lambs are weaned, they are given a booster injection with Heptavac, wormed and a check is kept on for any blowfly strike when the weather is warm.
Good luck!
