have you seen the new fabby dabby new bedding stuff.
i got some for the stables for the horses....it is amazing stuff. will start using it for the hens when i have finished off the hemcore.
it is super absorbent, dust free, rots very quickly, makes a fabulous thick bed which is super warm....
and its made of recycled (repackaged) off cuts from teabags!!!!
I got mine from East of Scotland Farmers.

someone at the driving club mentioned this bedding to me ....she had managed to get hold of some and was going to try it.  Being a bit dim, I asked if the tea was still in the bags - thinking maybe it was reject teabags!!!!  She did not say what it was called though.  Problem I have is that my small pony who is stabled at night, eats straw, the dust free shavings, easibed and most of the others, and some are meant to be sprayed to resist ponies eating them.......he would probably take a lining to the tea bas too.

no its not stovies...that is wood pellets. Its called Ecobed...and is made of the offcuts from teabags....minus the tea!!!it think its made by unitedfarmers.com
