Who was looking for Donkeys?
« on: July 19, 2014, 10:20:30 am »
I read a post recently from someone who was looking for donkeys but I can't find it, anyway there are 2 for sale just a few miles from me, they are rising 2  called Jack and Jill, they are up for sale as they have recently moved and are unhappy at the amount of flies around. They originally came from East Links Family park. If anyone wants details they are on Facebook  "horsey stuff for sale in the Borders" or pm me and I can pass on tel no.

Donkeys are always available from the Donkey Sanctuary for rescue.

There are a number of Jack donkeys coming up for sale on 31 August , as unfortunately the Jedforest Deer Park (Scottish Borders) is having to close their doors and are selling all their livestock. The list of animals are shown on this link at the bottom of the page , below the listing of Connemara ponies which they are also selling.

You can also email the Deer Park on [email protected]

All very sad that the Deer Park is having to close ; not sure why but something to do with the Council and Health and Safety ( no doubt bureaucracy gone mad!) .

Lets hope they find good homes for their animals.
