I live near Goole, so obviously not on your doorstep. So, assuming your were in the area, how much to slaughter and split 2 mini pigs weighing about 35 kilos each?
We have our own butcher to cut up the carcases and make sausages, but he is now no longer allowed to slaughter.
Have just read previous posts by you and realise that you don't slaughter, only cut up. So cancel the question.
