Hi,
I know autum/ winter is a long time away.( idea conditions for home butchery)....... but if any one in the north of England need a butcher to come to you for the day please get in touch.
I'm a butcher, who travels to smallholders and butchers  Pigs, Sheep or Cattle.I do this with with my brother. We have over 40 years experience in the trade.

we are based in Whitby, however we travel all over doing the tuition or butchery.(being as far as Nottingham) all to your personal requirements.

just a post with regards to my butchery services.

I live near Goole, so obviously not on your doorstep. So, assuming your were in the area, how much to slaughter and split 2 mini pigs weighing about 35 kilos each?
We have our own butcher to cut up the carcases and make sausages, but he is now no longer allowed to slaughter.

Have just read previous posts by you and realise that you don't slaughter, only cut up. So cancel the question.
(Have left the question live in case anyone else has made the same mistake.)
