We had no response to our last ad, but you never know...  Maybe this time!


We are looking for roughly 8-15 acres for smallholding and are struggling to find suitable land. We are not looking for a 'plot' or anything with planning permission, so an area of rough grazing or poor(er) quality land or hillside would be ideal.

If you don't have something suitable for sale, do you know someone who might?

We’re looking at anything across the central belt (South Perthshire, Stirlingshire, East or West Dunbartonshire, Southeast Argyll, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire, North and East Ayrshire or South Lanarkshire) and the main criteria are as follows:

· 8-15 acres in size

· South facing (preferably sloped southwards at least in part)

· Running water source (however basic)

· Wooded area

· Some kind of access track (does not need to be sophisticated)

· But no Pylons!

Surely there's someone out there with some land that fits? If you can help please email me with details...
