He is around 3 i think i will have to look at his pedigree. We know why he was called Thumper now! he was very well behaved until a few days ago when we went to put him in with his ladies.  He       " thumped" my Hubby right on the leg  :o  gave him a good old smack. Can't blame him really he was a bit worked up being penned next door to some ram lambs.
I bought a ram a couple of years ago from Builth ram sale, the only problem was he was very aggressive, we had to watch our backs. I remember I went to see the sheep one day and found him dead, he had fought with another ram on the other side of the fence, a Suffolk I think, thankfully he had managed to get the vast majority of the ewes in lamb before he popped his clogs.
