Our little pet lambs are now living out 24/7 and with the lovely spring weather ( ) I thought it a good idea to try to get a creep feeder. Does anyone have one for a decent price or know of a good way to make a homemade one for a good price??

You can tie a few hurdles together with a gap big enough to let lambs through but not the ewes. You may have to help them to find their way to the food at first but they soon get the hang of it.

I use half a ring feeder, but wouldn't work for smaller breeds as the ewes could get in too.

If they are pet lambs do they need a creep feeder? Or are they in with other sheep? Our orphan lambs are getting lamb pencils, but they just get a bowl with it in as there isn't any other sheep to steal it.

Another vote for hurdles....  I also had the benefit of an old chicken shed to tie it to... The pop hole is perfect lamb size!!!

I used to use a pallet, but it was a bit heavy to move about, so I bought a creep hurdle and now use that with some other hurdles to make up a creep pen where ever I need it.
