On behalf of the other half - An Ashford Traditional spinning wheel in good working order. It has recently been refurbished with a new brake band and spring, new drive band and new leather coupling. The wheel runs true and no annoying squeaks. The bobbin is included.


Also, two carders in very good condition and a three bobbin Lazy Kate complete with the bobbins. If required, a quantity of fleece and a spinning lesson included. In short, everything you need to get started spinning.


There is a genuine reason for the sale. The other half has acquired yet another wheel with all the trimmings plus a four shaft loom. Since I acquired four Castlemilk Moorits two years ago my home has been gradually turned into a spinning and weaving workshop. I really do need some space back.
