mexican wedding cakes

I have just made these. They are easy and delicious.
Cream together
3oz butter
2oz Icing sugar
now add:-
6oz S/R flour
pinch salt
vanilla extract
2oz chopped pecans or walnuts
Form into small balls and bake on a tray for 15 minutes at gas 5 or 350f
When baked and whilst still hot, roll in icing sugar. repeat this twice more as the cakes are cooling,
