don't you just want to give the public a breakdown of the costs when the hover and debate the cost of REAL sausages on a farmers market.  What with the difficulties of DIY sausage making wih the EHO i wonder how anyone gets around to selling their sausages. I won't even give ours to neighbours and I am afraid to say I hid a batch of them in the bottom of our " fruit and veg" chest freezer so that my house sitting brother would not find them to eat.

Just got a porker back and I pay £1.56/kg for sausages made

Just found a new butcher today.  :excited:  £22 basic cut and 85p per lb sausages over the moon. as before basic cut £40 sausages £1.50.
