Teenagers seem to be getting the fingers pointed. Would they really think about arranging plants in a street display?? I don't think so somehow.
My guess is on the local WI or craft club with the little old ladies growing it to ease their aches  and pains
Now who do we know in Wales who fits into this category and is a little happier today   :innocent:

 :roflanim: , love it, a good friends mum had a Cannibis plant growing in a pot and had no idea until told, also, a relative  used  to, plant seeds I. The wild but that was way back when you could grow plants from normal budgie seed :innocent:

Yep, my then MIL grew it for the same reason. 'Look at this plant that's grown under the bird table, isn't it pretty' to her policeman son  :D

Unlikely to be developing much resin outdoors in sunny Wales!
