skin problem or not?

I have two pigs that look like they are moulting but just in areas and not all over, what can cause this or is it because it is warm and they are shedding their winter coat? I have tried pig oil to no effect.

That's down to the weather, seems to vary from pig to pig some of mine will loose nearly all their hair and others patchy.

Could also be lice, check them to see if any little eggs around the armpits. But as BB said, it is most likely just down to the weather!

Agree with others is probably losing winter hair now the warm weather has finally arrived,
it won't do any harm though to give them a bath in a dog flea shampoo avoid their eyes and rinse well, don't get water in their ears as it makes them walk lopsided!
