There lots better..we're all asleep in the shed together today and had a play fight, willow not too happy tonite now the kids gone but she will settle, thanx for asking

I am sure the goats will get along fine now the kids have gone.  So, you are milking twice a day now?!!  Lots of milk.

Yup...started milking twice a day now..I gona be experimenting with cheese first then see what else I can do

I've just sent off for some cheese starter as we are getting loads of milk just now. It's ages since I last made any so I've got to dig out the muslin. That reminds me, the yoghurt will be done by now. I'd better get it in the fridge.

Ice cream is nice to  do, too.  Not ice cream weather here yet - freezing cold.  Will have to look out my little icre cream maker, in case a heat wave is on the way

Still haven't made up the starter. Tomorrow definitely; we're nearly out of freezer space. I've made it in the past and it was lovely.
