Selling up and moving to a smallholding in Cornwall or N Devon, depending! We have more land here on very long lease which we are going to hang on to, but if anyone wants to buy the main holding we can transfer the lease!

we are selling our house and I think as ours is old, people are thinking a bit more about costs and banks are not lending....no one has thought our price too high and we are prepared to negotiate for the right person, plently love ours like I would think loads love yours, .there are also a lot of people with money out there (not us) but they now want it either very cheap to run or very cheap to buy!!!

We are cheap to run as have all our own wood.....and we estimate that saves us £800 in logs per year! We use no electric heating and oil costs are approx £400-500 per year for the rayburn and thats it.....and we are insulated to the max....so cheap to run for an older 4 bed house!

Woowowwowo, thats fantastic, we are finding houses flying that are cheap or new.....anyway, yours is amazing and to have your own wood in this market is a big big bonus!!
