I had a photo shoot today for Woman magazine they are going to print my story about my weight loss and surgery. 


They contacted me this morning and the photographer came 2 hours later, it was such a rush I forgot to ask if they were paying me!! Doh! as Homer says! lol

wahay!! go Jackie!!  They normally do pay you, I've done some magazine interviews for about £50 a time (think Grazia paid a bit more    ) Let us know when its out!!

  , again, just like me, I was asked twice if the BBC could use my photos and I said yes with out asking for  money......I suspect we do a lot of similar things, the next similar thing will be me loosing weight again

This is my second magazine thing about it (Full House magazine), last time they said £300 but am still waiting for it!


You can do it Sandy but dont forget the reason I did it was cos I thought I had cancer and was dying for a month and when I was all clear I thought I had dodged the bullet and had a second chance, so that was a MAJOR kick up the bum to get my life back into gear.


I dont recommen that way of losing weight!!

Make sure you ask the right question.  Not "Are you paying me?" but "How much are you paying me?"  If you don't get the money reasonable quickly, invoice them.

Great idea!!! Ill sort out the invoice tomorrow for Full House!!
