Hello from a very small holding!
home to: 3 people
3 pigs ( kune kunes ,18 wks. breeding trio when they're older)
2 goats (one Brit Sanaan and one Brit Tog, 10 wks)
             4 Warrens
             1 Black Silkie cockerel
             3 10 wk bantams (hamburg/minorca)
             3 cats
2 dogs (ancient poodle and 2 yr old GSD)
             7 rabbits
             3 guinea pigs

When its listed like that, its not bad for a town back garden I suppose!!

feels abit "out of this world" at times, but not sure about the Tardis!
We are in Derbyshire, so a rural area but in the corner of residential streets.

Big fans of "The Good Life" before anyone asks, and of John Seymore!
(Yes, our BTog is called Geraldine, the milker is Margo!)

Where abouts in Derbyshire are you?  Have you put a pin the member map?  I live in Milford, between Belper and Duffield!

Hi and welcome from Staffordshire Little Blue...almost neighbours...sounds like you have a real menagerie if not a lot of space...did you have any problems getting a Holding Licence? I'd also be interested to know what your neighbours make of your animal sanctuary...it all sounds great and I wish you well.

Absolutely no probs in getting holding number. We had it well before we actually decided we were definitely getting goats. The pigs were my secret wish, and abit of a consolation to my husband when a goat arrangement fell through! (they arrived just before my birthday, though he maintains Murphy the boar is really his)  So we had to spend even more on a pig shed for farrowing, tho they are are all still in together at the moment and absolutely love it!  need to finish securing the run...

MiriMaran we are really close to you  (and I work even nearer - at the big white residential special school, better not name it). How cool! :pig:
