Up for Sale our Romantic Smallholding/Cottage with 6,5 Acres, Millstreet, County Cork, Ireland

BER Cert: C3 (Irish Energy Performance Certificate)

Some back ground:

We recently took the decision to sell the property we bought 2 years ago.

This was our dream property, which we had longed for over 20 years, so we were over the moon when we bought it;

finally realizing our dream.

It was now-or- never, as, nearing our 50ies, and with a recently diagnosed medical condition,

this seemed like our last chance to own our own land and start a smallholding.

Unfortunately, the medical condition is a progressive,aggressive form, reason for us to put our property up for sale, in order to enable us to move closer to relatives.

This has turned out to be an unrealistic project, as our physical inabilities prevent us from running and upkeeping a smallholding,

so now this difficult decision is taken, we need to move on.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who would love to realize their long time dream of owning a smallholding,

setting up an equestrian property,living self sufficient, living a healthy, happy life in the country side.

growing vegetables, flowers, fruit, owning animals,horses, pigs, cows, goats, sheep, chickens,poultry,

selling your own eggs,making your own cheese, cordials, jams,cakes, bread, etc

What was bought as a dilapidated, uninsulated, old fashioned property, is now a modernised, comfortable charming 3-bed cottage.

(BER (Building Energy Rating), Irish requirement/ EPC (Energy Performance Certificate,UK equivalent, gone from G up to C3.)

The property will be available for viewing, only by appointment.
