Crust less quiche

Just making one as per YouTube post to use up some eggs and milk anyone done 1 ?

i always make my quiches crustless, started doing it when we started a diet,  lot less cals without the pastry, i do a deep quiche and we like taste of the sides lovely cheesey flavour, i do mine in a pyrex dish so that you can keep an eye on the sides so they dont get over done yum. :yum:

My hubby insists on referring to it as egg flan, that gets round the whole quiche issue  :roflanim:

Smallholding in Worcestershire, making goats milk soap for www.itsbaaathtime.com and mum to 4 girls,  goats, sheep, chickens, dog, cat and garden snails...
