As far as I know Albendazole is a white wormer and should be effective against tapeworm. However there is widespread resistance against white wormers in general, so if you are using it (on your sheep) you should do a worm count about 10 - 14 days after administration to make sure you don't put resistant worms (that may have come with your sheep) onto your land.
Re goats - for white wormers the goat dose is 2 x the sheep dose. For pygmies you probably have to look at lamb doses?

The per kg rate for goats is 7.5 - 10mg/kg bodyweight, so you would have to weigh your goats first and then calculate backwards.
Have the goats and the sheeo come from the same place? If not, you could do just a worm count on the goats and only treat if necessary?
