Possibly just her body getting ready for farrowing, i've noticed our boar sniffing the back end of pregnant sows as if there are interesting juices. So long as the discharge isn't yellow and smelly or bloody and she's well in herself i wouldn't worry unduly. You could give her a precautionary shot of long lasting antibiotic just to be on the safe side if she does seem a bit off colour. Just keep monitoring her, make sure her tush is clean (sometimes as their tush gets fuller ready to farrow poo clings to it) and  :fc:  all will be well.
One of the others may have some more ideas as to the cause.

I agree with Mandy: I'd check her temperature and if it's up I'd give her a shot of long-acting antibiotic. Is she looking well in herself, eating & drinking ok etc. ? Are you certain of her due date and sure she's not nearer farrowing than you think? Sometimes a dead piglet in the womb can cause this: is the discharge pus-like and smelly or just milky?
Hope she does ok. Where about in NZ are you?

We purchased her in pig but the breeder was certain of the date so I can only go by this info.

It's not yellow or smelly just white milky colour. We are based in Tauranga (Bay Of Plenty)  NZ.

Just a bit nervous after out last in pig sow issues so am just taking precautions where possible. Looking forward to seeing piglets  suckling on there mum that way we know we have got through the first hurdle of breeding pigs.

Good sign that it's doesn't look or smell infected.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if she farrows earlier than expected.
Can you check her temperature? If she has a raised temperature or looks at all unwell I'd give her some long-acting antibiotics. If the discharge persists into next week or turns bloody or smelly I'd give her some antibiotics and ring your vet. But I might bet a small amount that she's just getting ready to farrow.
Good luck, and keep us posted  :fc:
